Pumpkin Pie (serves 8)
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C)
15 oz. can (425 g) pumpkinwhisk over mediumwhisk over mediumwhisk over mediumblendbake 400°F (205°C) 25 min.
1 tsp. (2 g) ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. (1 g) ground ginger
1/2 tsp. (1 g) ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. (0.5 g) ground cloves
1/2 tsp. (3 g) salt
1 cup (200 g) dark brown sugar
3/4 cup (180 mL) whole milk
3/4 cup (180 mL) heavy cream
3 large eggsblend
1 pie crustbake blind
